A Cross-cultural Comparison of Learning Styles of Students in Higher Education from India and German-speaking countries
New: Visit the CCLS Database
With increasing mobility of full-time, degree-seeking students across borders, universities in both the EU and India are increasingly facing diverse student bodies with equally diverse ways of perceiving, processing and presenting information (learning styles). The European Union has granted a project to the universities from Austria, India and Germany to research into Cross Cultural Learning Styles (CCLS) of students who are moving from one location to another to earn a foreign degree. The goal is to generate insights into the specificities of the different learning styles and equip teachers and student’s alike with necessary tools and knowledge to improve their training.
